Peterborough College, part of Inspire Education Group (IEG) welcomed employers of the Adult Nursing sector to its first T Level Industry Advisory Board Meeting, to discuss the development of the College’s new T Level Adult Nursing programme.
The introduction of T Levels represents a significant shift in the vocational education landscape, offering students a clear path to employment or further education. These two-year programmes provide a mix of classroom learning, practical training, and industry placements, giving learners a comprehensive understanding of their chosen sector. The formation of the T Level Advisory Board for Adult Nursing will enable local employers to ensure the T Level content offered by IEG is robust, relevant, and aligned with the evolving requirements of the nursing sector, thus equipping students with the skills and knowledge required to excel in the industry.
From September 2023, Inspire Education Group will launch T Levels in the realms of Adult Nursing, Digital Production, Engineering, Education & Childcare, Laboratory Sciences and Construction Surveyance.
