The main purpose of the role is to assist in the training and assessing of the courses provided by the Stamford Gas Training Centre. This will require the post holder owning their own cohorts of students to support them until completion of their course.
The post holder will additionally be responsible for supporting the team with the growth of the Gas Centre by maintaining professional standards and providing exceptional customer experience to both external ACS commercial clients and college based apprentices.

The successful post holder will hold a minimum of Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy (GCSE English Language and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) or other Level 2 equivalent qualifications, a City & Guilds Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Plumbing, Heating and Gas, CCN1, Centwat, Ckr1 and Htr1 (ACS), a teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed) or willing to work towards this, an assessor qualification (TAQA) or willing to work towards this, as well as an internal verifier qualification (IQA) or willing to work towards this.
22.5 hours per week, all year round.
