Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to work in our welfare and engagement team. We have a strong team ethos and we are looking for a positive, can-do attitude from the successful candidate to help support our students who come from a wide variety of backgrounds.


Qualified to Level 3 or above in a related subject and a minimum of Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy. Willing to work towards a Level 2 Safeguarding qualification.


37 Hours – Normal working hours of 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 4.30pm Friday


41 days paid holiday. This includes 8 bank holidays and 3 concessionary days


21.6% employer contribution through Local Government Pension Scheme
